It is intended for this public website and does not replace any separate patient, employee, student, or HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices that may apply to a specific service or relationship.
Information We Receive
This website does not currently provide active online contact-form or application submission. If you choose to contact us by telephone, email, fax, in person, or through a third-party service, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, contact information, service or course interests, billing questions, and other information needed to respond.
Our hosting and security providers may also process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, timestamps, and security-related signals.
Health and Sensitive Information
Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or other channels that we have not specifically designated for secure transmission.
